Email text export from C4C in DataWorkbench

Hi pros,

How to export Email activity text from C4C using Data Wotkbench?

Email text is loaded usin EmailNotes, but EmailNotes are not available for export.

Hi,

Export of Notes/text collection is not supported by Data Workbench as of now.

I dod not really cause I hoped of a secret standart way to do so. But if there is no standart then custom ODATA it is.

Hi,

If you are considering using OData, there is an OData service for EmailCollection and EMailNotesCollection so perhaps you might want to try that out.

You can use the test tool within C4C (silverlight -> ODATA service explorer) to check what the interface brings back when executing a Get method.

None of these collections are available in Data Workbench for Export.
