SAP_BUILDT not in list

Hello, I am trying to create some sample SCs, DCs, and tracks on a new NWDI/SLD. However, when trying to add SAP_BUILDT as a Prerequisite Software Component in the SLD, it is not showing up in the list. Does anyone know why? Or am I missing something?
