No access to desktop possible because display rule can't be found

Hello Guys,

I have a problem: after the creation of a new display rule for a customer specific layout I can't access the portal application because the new display rule (that is valid for all users!) cannnot be found. Do you have any idea how I can access the PCD form somewhere else to get the rule changed? Or is it possible to access the portal by using a kind of URL parameter that allows to call the default display rule?

I will be very delighted for any idea.
