How to change the attribute: "TARGET_DATA_PROVIDER" by URL

Hi,

I would like to change the attribute "TARGET_DATA_PROVIDER" of the NAVIGATION BLOCK item using a URL.

I tried the below URL but it doesn't work,

<A href="<SAP_BW_URL data_provider='DATAPROVIDER_1' TARGET_DATA_PROVIDER_1='DATAPROVIDER_2'>"> .

Can anybody send me the right syntax of this issue ?
