Supress data in a profitability analysis (COPA) planning

Good afternoon,

I have budgeted (KEPM) my sales planning and I want to supress some lines of my budget.

To do that, I underline the line I want eliminate and press the "delete" button. And I save.

But when I open an other time my budget I saw all the lines.

Do you know, how to eliminate definitly my budget's lines ?

Do you wan to suppress or delete the lines (segment)?

If you want to delete them, slect the characteristics in you package for which you want to delete the planning data including the period and use the planning method delete. Maintain the value field in the method you want to delete values. Perform a test run and analyse the data to be deleted, before updating COPA.

One more thing, use the Add-hoc planning package and method function if this is something you would need only once.

One more thing, if you want to keep the line items, but just eliminate them from display during your planning exercise, use the add-hoc planning package function and maintain the characteristics you want to see when you use the method "enter or display plan data".

Thank you for your help.

I want to delete the lines.

For exemple I have 3 articles lines with values and I want them to disappear because it was a mistake in my planning.

If I have well understood, we have different methods to do that. I tried the planning method delation. My values disappear. But how to to delete the characteristics (eg : plan, article ....) ?

If you have screen copy or others stuff, it will be very helpfull.

One question more, If I suppress and not delete what are the consequences ?

Hi,

I am afraid that you cannot change this behaviour of the planning layout. Because you have lineitems it will show you the row like in all kind of controlling reports.
