WARRANTY CLAIM ITEMS

Dear Experment ,

i am new study scenario warranty claim , and i made the customizing .. when i create the service order and put the checkbox warranty and go to control tab and put the claim creation control (immediately) and save the odre the warrning message was appear (No claim items found using the dynamic item profile ) i need to know how solve this ...thanks in advance
