ESS EA form error "The PDF form is effective from 2016" "error key RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE"

Hello,

Recently i have this issue in the DEV system after applying latest SAP HR & EA HR support packages.

SAP HR 604 - SAPKE604A2 to SAPKE604B0

&

EA HR 606 - SAPK-60664INEAHR to SAPK-60672INEAHR

from the backend, we can open the EA form via t code PC00_M14_NCTEA but cannot display the EA form from the ESS portal.

Anyone else having similar issue here?

Check JCo connection from portal to HCM ABAP system.
