Originally the archetype was present on the Solutions Book page in the online documentation. Later it was considered improper place to keep binaries and that page got deleted. Beginning from datahub-6.6. The solution book is distributed inside the datahub-suite. The archetype can be found in hybris/bin/ext-integration/datahub/solution-book folder within the suite.
The archetype has not changed since the 6.1 release, so it's safe to get it from later datahub-suite versions and use it with you datahub 6.1 project.
