Issue with session timeout on CCv2

Wondering if anyone has faced issues with regard to session time in the azure cloud env - CCv2.

We have backoffice and storefront set to 30 minutes, but we are getting timeout after 5 minutes.

Is anyone aware of this and have a solution -

We posted a ticket to sap on this topic but wanted to see if the community has faced this issue as well

You might need to change the web proxy(apache) timeout.

Since this is CCV2 - we only have access to what is in the code base - as such only Tomcat - which is set to 30 minutes.

I did not find any settings in the manifest.json file or another other deployment configuration settings that we can control

Hi, Unfortunately for now, the only way is to create a SAP ticket so they can change that. That's what we did.
