Issue with session timeout on CCv2

Wondering if anyone has faced issues with regard to session time in the azure cloud env - CCv2.

We have backoffice and storefront set to 30 minutes, but we are getting timeout after 5 minutes.

Is anyone aware of this and have a solution -

We posted a ticket to sap on this topic but wanted to see if the community has faced this issue as well
