Customization of search in collaboration center (backoffice)

Hi, I am looking for solution for customizing the search in collaboration center in back office? Currently the search takes Name , Assigned User (shown in screenshot) as search text. I want to customize so that it takes the workflow name also as the search text. If anyone has solution , kindly help! Thanks!!
