Promotion is throwing "Possible rule-loop detected. Maximum allowed rule matches has been exceeded"

We created a promotion with below conditions and actions.

Stackable - false

Condition - Qualifying categories

Action - Cart Loyalty (Adds some loyalty points to cart. This is a custom Action)

It is throwing following exception. ERROR [hybrisHTTP23] [DefaultCommerceRuleEngineService] Possible rule-loop detected. Maximum allowed rule matches has been exceeded. Current Limit:200 201:96635190-4c0d-4d08-981a-d13cf1066544 You can adjust or disable the limit for rule matches by changing the ruleFiringLimit field in the 'Drools Engine Context' object (see the 'Rule Firing Limit' attribute).

This issue is in Hybris version 6.6
