Change Datahub pool for a publication from GLOBAL to SAPORDER_INBOUND_POOL

Hi Experts,

Can someone help me with steps to change the pool in which an item is composed/published?

Currently there are multiple items being published on GLOBAL pool and I want to change the pool for a custom idoc from from GLOBAL to SAPORDER_INBOUND_POOL.
