Not able to download SAP CPQ Configuration Runtime

facing the below issue when i ran recipes:b2c_b2b_acc_cpq.

Please download SAP CPQ Configuration Runtime (SSC libraries) from the SAP Software Download Center at http://support.sap.com/swdc under 'Support Packages and Patches'. In the alphabetical list of products, choose 'C' and then 'SAP CPQ PRODUCT CONFIG' -> 'SAP CPQ PRODUCT CONFIG [current release]'. Install it according to SAP CPQ installation guide.

I followed instruction which are given above but i am not able to find 'SAP CPQ PRODUCT CONFIG' inside C folder . Where from should i Download this software?

you probably don't have enough permission => try logging in with the client's S-user
