Few IDOCs getting stuck in datahub during ongoing heavy volume of idoc load from S4 to Hybris Commerece

Hello Experts,

We are facing a peculiar problem wherein sometimes the idocs(DELVRY07) are never published to Hybris when we have another high volume of other type idoc load(MATMAS and LOISTD) ongoing on the same GLOBAL pool. When we push the idoc(DELVRY07) again after the heavy load(MATMAS and LOISTD) completes their publication , the other idoc(DELVRY07) is published just fine.

Any help would be really appreciated..

What Hybris version are you on? Are you in a cluster environment?

Hybris Version 6.7 . It’s not cluster environment.

Hi Rahul,

Try to use different feeds and pools for each idoc type for example for products use different feed and pool and similar way use different feed and pools forDELVRY07 idoc type. So in this case we don't have any dependency between data loading into hybris as we have faced similar issue and it got resolved by defining different feeds and pools.

Thanks , That's exactly what i want to achieve. Could you please suggest the steps and changes needed to enable different feed and pool for different idocs?
