How can I include a model in list view component in backoffice. Included image for more clarity.

We are moving all the customizations done in hmc to backoffice.

I came across a custom feature where we need to include a model with two of its attributes in properties tab. PFA. This is how the view looks in hmc.

Model to Parts is a model, product and comment are its attributes.
