Backoffice - how to add new navigation node in left explorer, like an anchor tag

Backoffice widget:

Could you please help, how to add new navigation node in left explorer, like an anchor tag - as in should redirect to new web page/ website in new tag. I have written the ZUL file for this. But not able to add properly to the left menu in Back office.
