SAP Commerce 1811.3 not available on Download site

Hi, According to the PATCH project in Hybris JIRA a new patch version of SAP Commerce was released on Monday 25th. It was for 6.7, 1808 and 1811. The releases for 6.7 (6.7.0.12) and 1808 (1808.7) are available for download but the one for 1811 (1811.3) is not - patch version 1811.2 is still listed. When will the 1811.3 patch version be available for download?
