How to configure autosuggest search within advanced search to perform with equals operation istead of contains?

I need to configure advanced search for for orders using user as one of the input fields. While typing the user id in place, autosuggest comes up. However, in my production system the no. of user records is very large. Is there any way to perform this auto search with equals operator instead of contains? Alternatively is there any way to enable the elipis highlighted in the image so that another advanced search can be done to select user? This can improve the performance significantly.alt text

    Hi ,

You can provide a configuration for base component and Customer/User type. This will make the list more user friendly.

Then please bear in mind that a user can always click on three dots, which open up an advanced search dialog.

And finally, you would have to configure editor by changing availableValuesProvider parameter to the name of newly defined bean of type com.hybris.cockpitng.editor.commonreferenceeditor.ReferenceEditorSearchFacade. Would be good, if your one extended com.hybris.cockpitng.editor.commonreferenceeditor.SampleReferenceEditorSearchFacade and switched operator to EQUALS in search method before calling super.

Hope it clears the situation at least a little.

    Cheers, Jacek
