java.lang.IllegalStateException: Can not fetch data from result since query was not called in execution mode

I am getting below error. Any reason for this type of issue. I don't have any specific scenario in which it's reproducible. When i have loaded a page, it's throwing below issue and unable to progress further.

After the above error, for every to request i start getting below error and i am unable to hit server again until i restart my server.
