Server Error is coming on both online and Staged Smart edit while site is up

HI team ,

When i am accessing the smart edit ,

i facing the below mentioned error.

Getting the above error in both versions Staged and Online. Looking for your help to sort it out. In this scenario my site is already up with "https://localhost:9002/"
