Hi ,

Backoffice allows exporting items in a Microsoft Excel format OOTB. Importing functionality is there as well.

I am facing an inconsistent behavior for Export Excel Action. It is downloading the excel everytime, but sometimes it is blank and sometimes populated with data. What could be the probable reason for this? Shall i check the data or the user. I am using admin user to export the products. Does indexing play a role here. However i see the products on PCM backoffice. One more thing: Pagination is set tp 25 per page for PCM backoffice. So when i click on Export action, it only downloads those 25 entries. Ideally it should download all the available entries. Please help.

On debugging it is calling OOTB exportaction and exportaction service. So ideally it should work fine.
