How do we specify collection values in csv file which need to be loaded in datahub

I want to understand how to specify collection values in csv file. In impex we specify collection values as comma separated but in csv it is not possible as csv itself is comma separated. Also it will be of great help if I get an example of how to specify collection attribute in raw, canonical and target extensions
