facet redirection is not working for IPhone if search term has " ' "

once we set redirection on search keyword from backoffice under facet and search navigation for a search term like " men's " , it will work fine on all desktop and android but fail on Iphone , iphone always go to the search reasult page , not redirecting to page (which has been set in backoffice for that term).

as we analysed this issue and found there is difference in symbol " ' " men's - Desktop/Android men’s - Iphone

ideally it should work for iPhone symbols also. please let me know if you need more information.
