Cannot access storefront on Configurable Products Trail

Hi, I'm working on the Configurable Products Trail on Windows: https://help.hybris.com/6.5.0/hcd/7ee358b29b1a46e285e5152268f527fc.html#loio164d7288c2dd43458331569715ecb646

I can open:

But I cannot open the storefront as descripted in the trail. I get an error "Proxy-Server is refusing connections", when I call https://electronics.local:9002/yacceleratorstorefront/electronics/en/

Yes, I'm working on my company network and a proxy server is here. But even after setting No-proxy for the URL on FireFox, I still cannot access the storefront. Following settings are on my local system:
