HMC to Backoffice Migration

Hi Experts,

We are migrating from 5.2 to 6.7. During this process we want to migrate the hmc to backoffice as hmc is not available in 6.7

We followed the below SAP note and the steps given in Hybris help to migrate the hmc to backoffice using hmc config migrator tool. But we are not able to see any perspective/tool in 6.7 to run the tool as given in the help. They mentioned that this tool is from 5.7 to 6.0. Does this tool support 5.2 to 6.7?

If this tool does not support from 5.2 to 6.7, how can we migrate the hmc to backoffice?

I am not sure if the tool is supported in 6.7 or not , but why not do a two step migration . 5.7 -> 6.0 and then 6.0 -> 6.7

HMC Config Migrator was supported till v6.6. Please check https://help.hybris.com/6.6.0/hcd/461287cde3c345a0913c8318cadbe7cb.html . You should migrate from 5.2 to 6.6 and it will be a straightforward migration from 6.6 to 6.7. You should even break the migration from 5.2 to 6.6 as 5.2->5.7->6.0->6.6.

I can still download v6.0. Please check the screenshot.

Hi Arvind,

Somehow it is showing as archived for us. We are trying this on 6.2 now and then from 6.2 to 6.7.

You need to check in "Support Packages & Patches", not in "Installations& Upgrades".

We are not able to download Hybris 6.0 from market place. Hybris 6.0 is archived.
