category not syncronized in backoffice

After creating new category in backoffice not getting sync. product catalog staged->online sync job fail. log message : ERROR sync ended with 1 unfinished items - see last sync media for details ERROR Finished synchronization in 0d 00h:00m:05s:347ms. There were errors during the synchronization!
