Downloading SAP Hybris for extensions development

Hi I've been tasked with developing a Hybris extension for our company and I'm new to the SAP world and I'm pretty lost here. We have a (I think) SAP partner account and we've been set up with a YaaS instance. From my understanding (and correct me if I'm wrong) in order to be able to develop extensions I need to download the SAP Hybris commerce suit, however I can't seem to be able to find it anywhere.

Am I missing something? do I not have the correct account type? am I just not looking in the correct place?
