Extra product getting added during the time of order creation in Hybris.

Hi,

We are facing an issue with the description provided below.

An order was placed for one shoe and reflect as such in the payment merchant portal and the customer's confirmation details. Once the order flowed into Hybris and SAP, an additional SKU was added to the order, unexpectedly. We are unable to replicate this issue as this is an intermittent issue.

Any suggestion is appreciated on this.
