Hybris is going to release the Beta version (MVP) of Spartacus JavaScript Commerce Storefront by the end of Q1 2019. It is a PWA. The GA (General Availability) version will be launched by the end of Q2 2019.

Please check https://wiki.hybris.com/display/general/Roadmap?preview=/36487575/441909357/SAP%20Commerce%20Cloud%20Roadmap%20Q4%202018.pdf for further details.

    Best regards,

You could use spartacus as mentioned in the other application which is not having all PWA features presently, but is aiming to do so.

The blog post on hybrismart (https://hybrismart.com/2018/10/28/pwa-and-sap-spartacus-overview/) contains quite comprehensive list of PWA storefronts available. It's a good starting point to explore. I do not think that Spartacus storefront supports push notifications yet.
