b2b Checkout error

Hello Guys ,, When i try to checkout any order from android SDK it gives me SQL error that says

ERROR [hybrisHTTP29] [197.124.94.210] [RestHandlerExceptionResolver] de.hybris.platform.servicelayer.exceptions.ModelSavingException: Failed to persist audit records (sql: INSERT INTO orders45sn (itempk, itemtypepk, timestamp, currenttimestamp, changinguser, payloadbefore, payloadafter, operationtype, context) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?))

this insertion happens on behind the scene as iam passing the required attributes for the b2b checkout webservice https://localhost:9002/rest/v2/mySite/users/01110241568/orders?access_token=f6afec9b-a395-4ba3-b434-...

any idea how to slove this?
