hybris6.3 to hybris6.4 migration backoffice not rendering properly after login

Hi Team ,

I am migrating hybris6.3 version to hybris6.4 version. I am able login in backoffice but after login the page is not rendering properly . there is no left menu and Adminstration tab,Logout tab all are coming to right of the page.

Hello Rajasekhar,

At first let me clarify, by widgets.xml I meant the file which is generated on startup and represents current launch configuration. (is accessible in Orchestrator in top right corner [y] logo -> Show widgets.xml)

Changes hardcoded in different xml files will not be affected by refreshing configuration from Aplication Orchestrator, only changes made at the current launch (from Orchestrator or SmartEdit).

Please also try clearing your browser cache or take a look from another browser.

after resetting also still facing the same issue. is there any backoffice.css need to add on hybris6.4 version ?

we customized filie hmhbackoffice-backoffice-widgets.xml .

but after login backoffice url then its not rendering properly .

If you haven’t customized widgets.xml you can try resetting it to defaults.
