Steps to Install Datahub

Hi All,

I need steps to install Datahub, in such a way that we can build and run it using maven command like mvn validate mvn clean install mvn tomcat7:run-war

How to install datahub so that it will create folder structure like below?

where Datahub-overlay contains local.properties , ext contains all OOTB extensions (jar) cgiparent contains custom extension
