Hide stockLevel number in Product Detail Page.

Hi all, the OOTB functionality in the Product Detail Page show the following: Example: "15 In Stock" And I want to remove the digits to show only "In Stock" text. I already know this number could be hidden in the "productStockThreshold.tag" file, however, this is part of the b2bacceleratoraddon and I don't want to modify the Hybris itself.
