Hot folder - Error file replaced by another converter of the same feed file

We have two different converters for same feed file. Say both the converters has mandatory check and both validation failed. The error file generated for both the converters with the same name and the later replaced the earlier. So Finally error file has the error from second converter alone.

Any Customization required?
