How to start with setup/configuration of webservices in hybris 6.2

I am creating a custom webservices extension by extgen command. After creating the extension, ant all, server startup i am not able to hit the swagger-ui.html page in local. 1.Is there a separate configuration for swagger-ui.html? 2.Please let me know the initial steps to start with webservices extension.
