change the current keygen.order.code.template from HYB$ to H$ is not taking effect due to existing session cart for current user

In local.properties, I changed keygen.order.code.template to H$, but since the previous template was HYB$ and the session cart is not removed with system restnd orcerCodeGenerator.reset(). Change to template is not taking effect.
