Backoffice Customer Support Module Slowness

We are observing that when a user logs in with the Customer Support Role

Username: CustomerSupportModule Password: 1234

It has been observed that it takes around 10 minutes for the whole module to load. Any fixes for this to enable a faster loading? Raghu
