Hi Folks,
Question Regarding Hybris Version 5 - Will there be a point where this version will no longer be supported
And is there any indication as to when?
Thanks :)
Hi Adam,
The last release 5 version, 5.7, will be EOL in April.
The Development Landscape - Release Strategy, History and EOL, has the info on all versions.
Regards,
Luke

thank you for your answer - do you know if there is any way of requesting extended support?

No, hybris don't allow extended support.
It is very important to have a Supported Hybris Version for Security Patches. If you upgrade to a version 6.x, your team should use the latest (6.7) version of Data Hub, with Hybrid Adapters. The Data Hub module doesn't need a license.
Keeping Data Hub up up date is also very important for Performance patches and it makes it an easier job for the Product Support team, if they need advice from the Development Team.
