SAP doing it wrong again - help site access is broken - is it too much to ask to stop this messing around with IDs

opensaml::FatalProfileException The system encountered an error at Wed Dec 20 09:41:11 2017

To report this problem, please contact the istrator at root@localhost.

Please include the following message in any email:

opensaml::FatalProfileException at (https://help.hybris.com/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST)

SAML response reported an IdP error.

Error from identity provider:

Status: urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:status:Responder Sub-Status: urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:status:RequestDenied Message: User is currently not authorized for access

We have rolled back to Crowd authentication. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. What should have been a simple switch proved to be much more complicated. We are investigating the cause of the problems. In the meantime, please accept our apologies and please continue to log into SAP Hybris Commerce Help with your Hybris wiki login and password.

Apologies. SAP Hybris Commerce Help is switching to SAP Cloud Identity authentication and has experienced some unexpected problems. Should the problems persist, we will rollback to Crowd authentication shortly.

Hi,

Authentication for help.hybris.com will switch to SAP Cloud Identity. That means customers, partners and internals (S-, C-, D- and I-users) will be able to log in with SAP Single Sign-On. It will no longer be possible to access SAP Hybris Commerce Help with Crowd authentication (Hybris wiki logins and passwords).

Could you please help in getting this SAP Cloud identity.

Because when i am trying to login , it says '' Sorry, but you are currently not authorized for access"

Sorry, It is down for credential switch and the team is working on that to bring it up soon.

Same Problem. Experts login works. help.hybris.com login does not work.

Weird login behaviour:

 P-User Account works for experts.hybris.com but not for help.hybris.com

 S-User Account works for both sites.

My SAP account has both S and P-User accounts linked (the S-User account being the active one). But still the help site is showing the opensaml::FatalProfileException. So, currently using the old wiki for accessing Hybris documentation.
