Backoffice not opening with Hybris 6.3

Hi Experts,

I'm getting below error while log in to backoffice with Hybris 6.3.

error message: Error occurred while processing widgets configuration de.hybris.platform.servicelayer.media.NoDataAvailableException: de.hybris.platform.media.exceptions.MediaNotFoundException:

What are the steps do reproduce that problem? Do you get it out of the box? Does all your extensions come from the same Hybris Commerce Suite release (6.3)? In the recent release, errors like that could occur in the case of outdated Hybris Platform version (e.g. you have new version of the Backoffice, but old version of the Hybris Platform).

Hi, I'm using same hybris version 6.3 in both hybris platform and backoffice. One of my colleague was able to open. I think problem is in my media folder.

Hi,

I faced exact same issue. Open up orchestrator mode (F4 in backoffice), then click on the [y] logo in upper-right corner and choose "Reset everything". Issue was resolved after doing this for 2-3 times.

Hi,

have changed the media storage strategy? It looks that the media exists and has no content. I would delete the media (maybe via impex) and I would let the backofice rebuild that.
