Recommended IDoc size for product replication using Data Hub

Hi all,

I have a MATMAS IDoc from ERP with 25k lines. After clearing Data Hub and sending this to DH, I can see the product replicated successfully. But when another IDoc is sent to DH to update a certain field e.g. product identifier, the publication became stuck at PENDING.

Is it because the IDoc size is too big?

The size of an IDoc should not cause a publication to get stuck in PENDING. Are there errors in the log? What version of Data Hub are you using?

Hi Justin, there are no errors in the log. We are using v6.5. Anyway, restarting Data Hub seems to solve the issue.
