Could not refresh Lumira report from BI Launch Pad

Hi Experts ,

I am not able to refresh a Lumira document from BI Launch Pad which is connected to BW datasource. When I refresh the Lumira report, it is showing BW Data Acquiisition page. But When I give my credentials it is not showing the next option. Please let me know what might be the reason.

I have attached the screenshot of the issue.

There is a number of reasons why a Lumira Document cannot be refreshed. Start with looking at the following KBA:

2308200 - Refreshing datasources in SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform when using SAP Lumira *** MASTER...
