Download button freeze Done & Refresh during Impex Export

In the Hybris 6.4 Back-office when we try to export the data and then try to download on the 3rd tab of Impex export popup, the Done & Refresh button gets freeze. Nothing happens on and only way out is refresh the browser. Can any one suggest any solution for the same. We are stuck. Thanks Nitin
