SAP CPQ Hybris: Order Data replication back to ECC Issue (Characteristic Values not replicating in ECC)

Hi Everyone,

We are placing an order from the Hybris storefront. We are able to place an order and that order is getting replicated back to ECC system. We can see the Sales Order details(VA03) in ECC system (IDOC).

Problem: We are not getting characteristic values data from Hybris. We are only getting the characteristic description selected by the user in Hybris storefront. All other order data is getting replicated back to ECC.
