Scheduled CatalogVersionSyncCronJob - Multithreaded CronJob not synching the products

Hi Experts,

We have created one Synchronization Job for our product catalog and scheduled it daily.

we have observed one behavior where it seems it is not replicating the Products even though we have some Medias for the products are newly associated with the product.

But if we do the manual sync, it is working as expected.We can't see anything in Log of the Job.Anyone Faced this issue before ?.
