SmartEdit dropdown menu not showing up

We have upgrade hybris from 5.5 to 6.4. We are incorporating smartEdit functionality. For wider slots, i can able to see all 3 buttons ( Edit, Remove, Drag ). But in narrow area slots, I can't able to find dropdown menu which contain Edit , Remove & Drag link. I can able to see ( ... ) sign on slots. After clicking on that nothing is happening.

Hi Swapnil, after clicking (...) sign on a narrow slot, you should see a pop-up dilog which contains Drag, Remove and Edit. See picture below:

1, Maybe you should exam the click event on (...) sign, are there any errors in console? you may open the console by pressing F12

2, Have you try any other brower please?
