Assume that we are Hybris partners building an implementation on the Hybris platform and that we have good reasons to believe that we have discovered an issue within one of the OOTB extensions.
Is there a way for us to report an issue on Hybris JIRA?
There does not seem to be a specific project on Hybris JIRA (https://jira.hybris.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa) using our Hybris wiki credentials where issues can go into a backlog and we can report an issue with steps explaining how to reproduce the issue and what we think the root cause might be.

We are not using JIRA any more for OOTB issues. Customers are using BCP: https://support.wdf.sap.corp/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMSZkPW1pbg==)/crm_logon/default.htm and launchpad: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/
