not able to see ticket created from strorefront


I installed customerticketingaddon In hybris 6.5 b2c accelarator and created support ticket from storefront --> my-account -> Support Tickets --> Add new . I shows message

Thank you for your customer support request. Your message has been sent to one of our Customer Service Agents who will contact you shortly.

But not able to see my ticket from cscockpit .

I also checked inflexible search -> select * from {CsTicket} . This also not able to see my ticket.

Where to see my ticket?
