How to fire two promotions on same cart using promotion engine.

Hi,

I am trying to make 2 different product level promotion, both stackable and having different priority. But only one is getting fired at a time.

they both belong to same rule group and same website.

Not sure what i am missing ? How to debug why one promotion failed to fire.

PS: hybris version 6.2 , using new promotion engine.

Please check if the product that you have added in both the cases belong to online catalog version and it is the same product (i.e. not variants). I hope you must also published the 2nd promotion after having created it.

Rule is to have few free products on 1 product selected. we are using 100% discount on partner products choose(action). Customer can choose what free tool he wants, out of the options given.

we have multiple actions like, if 1 free tool choose, if 2 free tool choose.

Can you tell me how to debug, what action got fired and if it failed to fire what is missing?

whats the rule defined? may be first rule is satisfying and then second rule is not getting fulfilled after first rule gets applied.
