b2b_acc_oms recipe has yacceleratorordermanagement extension and this extension contain the order-process definition. you have to define Submit order process code for the base store. Ideally, your base store should have default value order-process and a new order process will be triggered on a new order creation.

b2b_acc_oms recipe also has ordermanagementaddon addon which provides you necessary sample data to start with OMS. You can change warehouse, order cancellation configuration as per your requirement. https://help.hybris.com/6.4.0/hcd/bfc940041f344a46be5a7c69a9dc65dc.html
